Privacy details
Mannayo is the product and public operator name. For privacy enquiries, account or data deletion concerns, listing corrections, copyright or image-rights complaints, and general support, contact mannayo.online@gmail.com. Please do not email passwords or sensitive account credentials.
Account and contact matching
Supabase stores your sign-in record and profile, including the email used for your account. Mannayo keeps a server-peppered email hash for optional friend matching. If you enter email addresses to find friends, they are sent to Mannayo’s server for matching; they are not published as a contact list. Matches show only a username, display name and avatar. Matching is limited and excludes blocked and deleted accounts. Hosting and authentication providers process the information needed to operate these features.
Optional location and nearby discovery
If you choose to use your device location, Mannayo sends your coordinates and search filters to its server to find nearby activities and calculate straight-line distances. Google may receive the location bias and search terms for Google-powered suggestions. You can decline location access and enter an area instead. Activities discovery does not save your precise search origin in local storage or in the event catalogue. A manually selected area may be remembered on your device. This is separate from optional location sharing when you create a social plan or availability status.
Google Maps and external services
Google-powered venue discovery is currently disabled. When enabled, Google Maps provides some venue information, images and links. Mannayo displays provider and photographer attribution and may store a Google Place ID to link a venue to your plan, rather than retaining a copy of Google venue details. Opening organizer, map, directions or ticket links takes you to another service, which processes information under its own policies. Your search location is not added to invitations or shared with other users merely because you browse Activities.
Event listings and suggestions
Event facts may come from organizers, licensed providers or administrator-reviewed suggestions. Public catalogue entries include activity details, venue, date, known prices and source links. Submitter identity is kept in a restricted moderation record, not published as part of the listing. Do not submit personal contact details or images you are not entitled to share. Moderators may review, correct, decline or archive suggestions.
Plans, retention and deletion
Discovering an activity does not create a plan or send an invitation. Plan This opens a draft for you to confirm, with the existing friend, circle and invitation privacy rules. Expired catalogue events disappear from active discovery but may remain as historical records, including references from existing plans. Account deletion is available in Profile; moderation, security and historical records may be retained where required. Ask about a listing or privacy concern through Feedback.
Passwords
When you sign in with Google, your Google password is handled by Google. Mannayo does not receive it, store it, or have a way to read it.
Public profile
Other people can see your username, display name and display picture on your public profile. Your email is kept private.
Phone number
Mannayo does not collect phone numbers for accounts.
Discovery
You can choose whether friends of friends can discover you in suggestions or from meet cards. These controls are available on the Privacy page.
Developer access
The developer can manage the app database for support and maintenance, but cannot see your Google password.
